Say No to Plastics (SNTP) merchandise is printed “on-demand”, which means each order is custom printed or manufactured for the users of our website and the Say No to Plastics Shop. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. The colors and images of our products may appear differently on your computer’s monitor. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We have also made every effort to provide accurate product and sizing information. SNTP is not responsible for mistakes made by our manufacturing partners. Problems that occur because of errors on the part of our manufacturing partners will be addressed provided SNTP has been notified within 30 days. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise, including packages lost in transit.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated during check-out at which time the customer can choose from several shipping options. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays, and other factors.
Pricing & Tax
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders may be subject to a state sales tax. You will be charged sales tax as required by law.
Returns & Replacements
SNTP must be notified within 30 of purchase concerning of returning an item that was improperly shipped or shipped in error. If an item was damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials and contact us immediately using the contact form on the SNTP website. Our manufacturing partners may require a photo verification of the damaged goods. Please do not return merchandise without first contacting SNTP. Shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.
Refunds
If it is determined that a refund is warranted, after receipt of the returned item, a refund will be submitted. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
